Terms of Use

1. Participant maintains that they are safe and they are not in any immediate danger (i.e. experiencing any thoughts of harming themselves or others, active violence in their relationship, or experiencing withdrawal symptoms from drugs and/or alcohol). If you are in immediate danger please call your dedicated toll-free number (866-598-3978) or proceed to the nearest emergency room and/or call 911.
2. Participant understands that they will receive a call back from a Master’s-level CareLink Consultant, within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays), to assess the participant’s needs and assist in connecting with local referrals. Please allow for up to 15 minutes of uninterrupted time for this intake and referral.
3. A CareLink Consultant will make two attempts to reach the participant. Participant agrees that they have a least one phone number where a detailed, confidential, message can be left. If we are not able to reach you by the second attempt we will not make any further attempts until we hear back from you.
4. By clicking 'Accept', participant is agreeing that they have read and understood these terms as well as providing an 'electronic signature' allowing the CareLink program to contact them to initiate services.

The University of Washington has partnered with Kepro (formerly APS Healthcare) to provide the UW CareLink Program. CareLink consultants are employees of Kepro.
